Terms of Service

By accessing aguex.com, the InsiderGo application at ig.aguex.com, or any other property we operate (collectively, the "Sites"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Sites.

01What We Provide

The Sites display information derived from public U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filings (primarily Form 13F-HR), supplemented by computed analytics (consensus signals, evidence scoring, ROI estimates, etc.). The service is offered "as is" and is currently in Free Beta.

02Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Sites. By signing in, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

03Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, mass-download, or rate-abuse our APIs beyond the published rate limits.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or proprietary algorithms.
• Use the Sites to harass, defame, or violate the rights of others.
• Misrepresent the source of the data when republishing.
• Bypass any access controls, authentication, or admin gates.

04Account and Authentication

You may sign in using Google or email/password. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

05Data Sources and Accuracy

Source filings come from SEC EDGAR, a public dataset. We make best efforts to parse and display them accurately, but:

• 13F-HR filings are reported with a delay of up to 45 days after period end.
• 13F-HR filings only show long U.S. equity positions — they exclude shorts, options, foreign holdings, and most non-equity instruments.
• Filings represent a single point-in-time snapshot, not continuous portfolio state.
• CUSIP-to-ticker resolution may be incomplete; some securities show as unmapped.
• "ROI" figures shown are estimates derived from filing share-price changes, not true NAV backtests. They exclude new capital flows and intraperiod trading.

06Intellectual Property

The underlying filing data is in the public domain. The presentation, analytics, and aggregations on the Sites — including UI, scoring algorithms, and computed indices — are owned by us. You may reference and link to specific pages for non-commercial use, but you may not republish bulk extracts of our analytics without written permission.

07Advertisements

The Sites may display advertisements served by Google AdSense or other ad networks. We do not endorse any advertised products. Clicking on advertisements is at your own risk.

08Disclaimers

The Sites are provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uptime, data freshness, or correctness.

09Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Aguex, its affiliates, or its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits or trading losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Sites.

10Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Sites at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. You may stop using the Sites at any time.

11Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated on the Sites; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

12Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the operator's jurisdiction. Any dispute arising hereunder shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
