This Privacy Policy describes how Aguex ("we", "us", "the Service") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit aguex.com, the InsiderGo application at ig.aguex.com, or any other property we operate (collectively, the "Sites").
01Information We Collect
We collect two categories of information:
- Account information (only if you sign in): email address, display name, and a Firebase user ID, supplied by your chosen identity provider (Google or email/password).
- Usage information (collected automatically): pages visited, request timestamps, IP address, user-agent string, and rate-limit counters used to prevent abuse.
We do not collect financial account credentials, brokerage data, or any information that would identify your real-world investment positions. The Sites do not place trades on your behalf.
02How We Use Information
- To provide the core intelligence service (rendering filings, signals, evidence scores, etc.).
- To remember your authenticated session, watchlist, and saved Lab strategies.
- To enforce per-user rate limits and detect abusive traffic patterns.
- To diagnose errors and measure performance (aggregated counts only).
03Source Data
The institutional holdings data displayed on the Sites is derived from public 13F-HR filings maintained by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission via EDGAR. We do not redistribute non-public information. CUSIP-to-ticker mappings are partly sourced from Bloomberg OpenFIGI.
04Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services. Each operates under its own privacy policy:
- Firebase Authentication and Firebase Hosting (Google LLC) — stores your sign-in credentials and serves the application. Firebase Privacy
- Google Cloud Run and Cloud SQL (Google LLC) — runs the API and stores filing data. Google Cloud Privacy
- Google AdSense (Google LLC) — serves contextual advertising. AdSense and its third-party vendors may use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ad Settings. How Google Uses Cookies
- Yahoo Finance — referenced for delayed price quotes. We do not pass any user-identifying information to Yahoo.
05Cookies and Local Storage
We use first-party local storage to persist your session, watchlist, and UI preferences. We do not set first-party tracking cookies. Third-party cookies may be set by Google AdSense and Firebase as described above.
06Data Retention
Account records are retained for as long as the account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us (see Contact below). Public filing data is retained indefinitely as it is sourced from a public dataset.
07Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (including under GDPR for EEA residents and CCPA for California residents), you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction or deletion of your personal information.
- Withdraw consent, where consent is the legal basis for processing.
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

08Children's Privacy
The Sites are not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
09Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Sites after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
